Led a cross-functional team through a semester-long new product development process, creating an innovative refillable beauty vending machine concept for Glossier. Conducted 20+ consumer empathy interviews and surveyed 100+ respondents to identify unmet needs in the beauty retail space. Developed comprehensive market analysis, competitive positioning, financial projections, and integrated marketing launch plan. Conducted a comprehensive financial analysis of WHOOP, a wearable fitness technology company. Presented investment recommendation to defend "BUY" position based on unique competitive advantages, subscription model sustainability, and strategic growth positioning in the $27B wearables market.

Conducted comprehensive social media sentiment analysis on the Dyson Airwrap using 320 Twitter comments collected over 30 days via Salesforce Social Studio.
